As a nationally board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) and with my background in physical therapy, I truly believe you have the inner wisdom to make the changes you want to make, AND the ability to do so. I am here to support you and help facilitate this beautiful journey of yours. Integrative health and well-being coaching can include all areas of well-being: physical, mental, social, emotional…you get the picture. Well-being focuses on what matters most to you.

Through my personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop a plan to achieve the well-being you are looking for. During our coaching sessions you are in the driver’s seat and we only talk about what feels right to you. I believe that well-being is more that just physical well-being (though that is an integral part as well and often the foundation that is needed to work on other areas), and my goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for you to explore what is meaningful to you. There is no “right” or “wrong” approach.
